Duncan R. Wallace, PA-C

Duncan R. Wallace, PA-C is a board-certified Family Physician Assistant who joined Family Practice Center in August 2025 and currently sees patients at Boiling Springs Family Practice Center. He provides comprehensive care to individuals and families across the lifespan and prioritizes practicing thoughtful, evidence-based medicine that supports both physical health and overall well-being.

Born and raised in Enola, Pennsylvania, Duncan remained in the area through high school before attending Lock Haven University, where he pursued a Bachelor of Health Science with a concentration in Accelerated Pre-Physician Assistant Studies. During his undergraduate training, he gained valuable healthcare experience working at Holy Spirit Medical Center as a dietary clerk and healthcare host at the Camp Hill and Hampden locations.

Duncan completed his graduate education at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (Lock Haven), earning a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies in May 2025. He successfully passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) in June 2025 and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Duncan prioritizes clear, respectful communication and strives to build strong, trusting relationships with his patients through empathy, attentiveness, and a steadfast commitment to safety and comfort. He is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, reliable, and impactful care while giving back to the communities he serves.

Outside of clinical practice, Duncan enjoys exercising, gardening, hiking, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. He is currently accepting new patients and welcomes individuals and families of all ages.
