About Autumn Koppenhaver, CRNP

Autumn Koppenhaver is a board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) specializing in family practice. A proud graduate of Penn State University in 2026, she is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care across the lifespan.

Throughout her clinical training, Autumn gained hands-on experience in a wide range of primary care settings, including pediatrics, adult medicine, and women’s health. She is dedicated to promoting wellness, preventing illness, and managing chronic conditions through evidence-based care and compassionate communication.

Autumn’s practice philosophy is grounded in trust, education, and empowerment—ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and supported in their health journey.

Outside of the clinic, Autumn enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new places, and caring for her two beloved dogs. Her love for connection and community shines through in both her professional and personal life.
