About Madison Maurer, CRNP

Madison Maurer started with FPC in August 2025 and is seeing patients at the Valley View office. Madison was born and raised in Hegins, PA and loves
the beauty and serenity of living in the valley. She believes that rural areas often face unique challenges in accessing healthcare, which drove her choice
to make a difference by practicing as a provider in a small community. Madison has been practicing as a registered nurse for 6 years, with 5 of those years being in emergency medicine. She enjoys the variety of conditions that are seen in the ER and being able to work with patients of all age groups. After graduating nursing school in 2019 from HACC, Madison
knew she wanted to fulfill her ultimate goal of becoming a family nurse practitioner, but wanted some experience under her belt first. In 2023, she started her Master’s Program at Walden University and graduated with honors in May of 2025.

Madison has a passion for wellness medicine and preventative care, focusing on empowering patients to take charge of their health through lifestyle
changes, evidence-based treatments, and individualized approaches. “I believe true healing comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body,
and spirit—and I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward sustainable, long-term wellness.”

Madison has 1 son and a daughter that is due to be welcomed into this world in a few months. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family
and playing in a recreational volleyball league with some of her friends from Harrisburg, PA. She actively seeks out opportunities to attend medical
seminars to bring the latest knowledge and skills back to her patients in order to be a competent provider

• Walden University-graduated in May 2025-Masters of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner
