Welcome to Family Practice Center, PC Serving Central Pennsylvania since 1973
Family Practice Center, PC is a large group of primary care physicians in Central Pennsylvania. We offer a wide range of services including family medicine, pediatrics, counseling services, onsite labs and x-rays, and much more. Our providers have appointments available seven days a week including early morning and evenings, with an Acute Care Clinic for acute needs on weekends. We provide coverage for every member of your family when you need it.
We serve patients of all ages and backgrounds, from newborns to the elderly, including patients in skilled nursing facilities. Our goal is to meet the healthcare needs of people living in our region, including those in under-served areas and rural settings throughout Central PA. With more than 35 office locations in eight Central Pennsylvania counties, there is sure to be a Family Practice Center clinic in a town near you.
Family Practice Center, PC is committed to the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model for delivering high-quality healthcare by partnering with patients, alongside their families and caregivers, to improve treatment outcomes. In other words, you – the patient – are the center of our attention.
