Dr. Ronco is the president of Family Practice Center, P.C. Dr. Ronco is a member of the Keystone Peer Review Organization, and he serves on the Finance Committee for the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA). Dr. Ronco has served as President of POMA (2003 - 04) and as Chair of the Evangelical Community Hospital Department of Medicine.

He is Camp Physician for the scouts at Camp Karoondinha which takes him back to his own days as an Eagle Scout.

Famaily Practice Center in Mifflinburg does the yearly midget football physicals for the Mifflinburg Area School District.
