Driving Directions to Family Practice Center:
From Rte. 15 North: Take the Susq Mall Drive exit (just passed Applebee’s). Exit is on the RIGHT. Turn LEFT at stop sign. Proceed straight across highway (Rte.15) onto 9th St. See office on RIGHT.
From Rte. 15 South: Get off the bypass onto Rte.15 North and turn RIGHT at first stop light (Italian Terrace on right) onto 9th St. See office on RIGHT.
From Downtown Selinsgrove area: Drive North through Selinsgrove and cross the iron bridge. Turn RIGHT at first stop light (Italian Terrace on right) onto 9th Street. Office is on RIGHT.
From Old Trail: Turn LEFT off of Rte.15 at Aldi’s Food Store at 8th Ave. Turn RIGHT on Old Trail. Continue until you see the following landmarks on right: Mid-Penn Urologic; Dr. Henry Yavorek’s office. Proceed approximately another ¼ mile following the Old Trail around to the right- office is on LEFT.
